In as much as Star Bee Gyros has no opportunity to supervise the installation or maintenance of parts supplied by it, nor any opportunity to participate in the design or manufacture of the various homebuilt aircraft in which its parts are utilized, the purchaser by placing this order with Star Bee Gyros., a division of Star Marine LLC, agrees that all material purchased will be used solely at purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will indemnify and hold Star Bee Gyros., its owner and employees, free and harmless from all loss, liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reason of any alleged failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by Star Bee Gyros.
